- Designed to properly space doughballs prior to entering the sheeting rollers
- Side plate, aluminum construction frame
- Side covers are 7" wide (178 mm) for easier maintenance
- Stainless steel tapered dough guide prevents dough from getting behind dough guide
- Sprocket and chains are #40 regular
- Wider shaft in order to get space in between the side frame and adjustable front roller
- Chain binders on each side
