Dough Troughs and Trough Hoists are used to transfer dough throughout the fermentation process delivering developed dough to the mixer for final processing.


Used for holding the dough through the fermentation period, the Dough Trough maintains sanitary seamless construction, continuously welded with heavy-duty ball bearing swivel casters mounted to sanitary caster shoes for easy movement throughout the bakery.


Incorporating automated Dough Trough Hoists reduces safety hazards associated with manual labor.
