Job Summary:
The AMF Customer Care Team in The Netherlands is searching for an ambitious Customer Care Manager with experience working for international service organizations. The role will be responsible for the performance and further growth of customer care operations. The scope of duties will include maintenance and repairs, spare parts, and selling new service projects. In addition, project management and customer care-related administration will be performed.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Daily coaching of the customer care team (Field Service, Project Management, Sales, Administration)
  • Coordinate installation bookings and resource commissioning with project managers
  • Drive weekly revenue targets
  • Coordinate accurate work preparation with Engineering, SCM, Assembly, etc.
  • Train and coach teammates
  • Annual goal setting and performance evaluations
  • Place emphasis on the importance of comprehensive customer care
  • Proactively follow up on sales opportunities
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings
  • Manage quotes and administration of service-related activities in cooperation with the finance department
  • Report team KPI’s (revenues, OTD, etc.)
  • Implement new service concepts and processes
  • Develop new service business plans to enhance service and revenue with a focus on customer retention
  • Drive the continuous deployment and improvement of processes through the Markel Business System (MBS)

What You Need To Succeed:

  • BS or BA Degree in Business, Customer Care or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as customer service manager in a manufacturing or technical support environment
  • Mastery of lean and growth related tools
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems
  • Excellent people management skills, organized and driven
  • Success in a fast-paced environment by meeting KPI’s
  • Superior training, facilitating, and consulting skills
  • Excellent process improvement and change management skills
  • Excellent in Word and Excel
  • Excellent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
  • Reside no more than 1 hour from Nieuwleusen
