APEX Mini Combo BDR Make-up System

Tromp Laminating Line

Offering high-speed, stress-free, or extrusion laminating for the production of croissants, pastries, danish, and puff pastry products, our laminating line creates up to 1,000 layers of dough and fat for the richest and most crispy pastry products and croissants. Our laminators for entry-level to high-capacity production come in L-shape and U-shape layouts, depending on the space in your facility.
Tromp Waterfall Applicator

Efficiently applies IQF food particles, including grated cheese, vegetables, and proteins, to the product with independent quantity adjustments and a recirculation system to ensure minimal waste and optimal bread decorating. An even bed of topping is strewn, and excess material is recirculated to the infeed for re-use, ensuring no waste of the most expensive ingredients.
Tromp Smart Applicator

The AMF Smart Applicator automates your topping quality and quantity checks. Manual operator weighing checks to keep ingredient application within specifications are not needed anymore, thereby reducing labor, improving accuracy, and reducing give-away or wasted ingredients. We check every product on the belt, like topped pizza, by taking digital images and using AI to analyze and correct the machine settings.
Tromp Powershot Depositor

Designed to deposit targeted, smooth tomato sauce on top of pizza and flatbread products. Edge-free sauce application on pizzas at high speed. Industrial pizza topping is made easy, clean, and sustainable with the Powershot Depositor, and changes in settings can be made on-the-fly. This unit can be integrated in any pizza topping line worldwide, is built on a C-frame, and is easy to clean for food safety.
