AMF Europe is seeking an HR Advisor/Officer to work in our Gorinchem location. This position will work closely with the HR Manager to develop solutions and manage tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Case management (sick leave according to Wet Verbetering Poortwachter), contact with the arbo and managers
- Point of contact for information about training
- Create development portfolio to include registration and admin
- Manage confirmations and contracts according to procedure and in collaboration with the HR/Payroll specialist
- Organize the onboarding and offboarding cycle
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Join projects based on talent, interest, and availability
Minimum Experience & Education (including, but not limited to):
- 3-5 years experience in HR (and admin interest)
- Preferred working experience with CAO’s
- HBO bachelor degree or MBO + with working experience (at least 5 years in comparable job)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Enthusiasm, humor, punctuality and responsibility
- You are resilient, creative, and enjoy learning new things
