Position Summary: AMF is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven HR Manager to support our operations in Bunschoten Gorinchem, and Nieuwleusen. The HR Manager is responsible for an overall administration and coordination of the plant’s human resource function with the focus on talent management, succession planning, change management, training and development, recruitment, employee and labor relations, compensation, and benefits. This position will focus on driving manager’s and team’s effectiveness through the implementation of talent programs and strategies.

How You Will Impact AMF:
• Provide proactive coaching, consultation, and direction to management in areas of change management, organizational design, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation
• Design, implement and sustain positive teammate relations programs that drive high teammate engagement and help create a high performing work culture
• Design and facilitate leadership and employee programs
• Create long-term retention goals, strategies, and career progression opportunities
• Manage recruitment process, applicant tracking, communication, and interview scheduling. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new teammates
• Partner with management to address and resolve employee relations, concerns or issues
• Drive development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies
• Provide HR-related metrics and reports and recommend a plan of action to address HR KPIs
• Maintain knowledge of current employment/human resources laws and regulations; provide expert guidance and counsel to operations/management on related employment and compliance
• Support the business leaders of the Singapore and Leeds (UK) office

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Working knowledge of Dutch employment law and labor regulations
• Demonstrated skills in training, consulting, contracting, mediating, negotiating, coaching, influencing and project management
• Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships
• Experience in CAO transitions, compensation programs, culture & leadership, and organizational change
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Working experience in an international environment is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
