Horizontal Batch Mixing

Extrusion Dividing & Moulding
Precise, high-speed AMF Flex dough dividing and rounding systems offer accurate weight control and uniformity for a wide range of baked products—all while minimizing stress on the dough to maintain optimal texture and quality.

Low-stress Sheeting
AMF Tromp sheeting lines utilize multi-roller reduction stations and cross rollers to gently process doughs with up to 70% water absorption, preserving their structure and ensuring consistent, high-quality products.

Laminating
Engineered to produce up to 1,000 layers of dough and fat, AMF Tromp laminating lines offer customizable layer thicknesses and high-speed folding with filling capabilities.

Batter Depositing
