Liquid Applicators
Applying liquids on top of dough products during the make-up phase needs to be consistent, clean, and applied on the product only without creating a mess.
With Tromp decoration machines, you can execute make-up processes like seeding a bread roll or loaf, glazing buns, or adding an egg yolk for a nice crust on croissants and pastry.
Egg Yolk Sprayer
An egg yolk sprayer dispenses a consistent layer on top of bakery products to create a sticky layer, a crust, or a shiny finish. Depending on the product type and application, the egg yolk or egg wash is applied using spinning discs or nozzles. Mist is avoided, and excess material is collected through the wire mesh belt. The hygienic design ensures food safety and makes daily cleaning easy for operators and cleaners.
Egg & Glaze Wash Roller
Advanced applicating technology for a premium glazed appearance on all types of buns and rolls. Using roller bars, glaze or egg is applied onto your product, completely covering the top and not missing a spot. Suitable for combining with seed strewers to create attractive products.
Target Glaze
Achieve a perfect glaze without the mess. The spray is exclusively applied to the baked product, ensuring clean pans every time. A targeted spray using high-quality nozzles covers only the bakery product, avoiding sticky pans that need heavy cleaning. This results in perfect products and less waste and cleaning.
Seeders & Strewers
Waterfall Seeder & Strewer
The waterfall seeder applies a variety of seeds to your products using a roller bar system. The seeds, sugars, salt, or herbs are applied on top of the products underneath. This continuous system is easy to integrate into existing lines and very simple to clean.
Target Seeder
Accurately applies a variety of toppings, such as seeds, flakes, and corn, at high speeds onto buns or rolls utilizing a dedicated strewing hopper, only covering the bun and not the rest of the pan. Reduces the quantity of topping material required by up to 50% compared to a waterfall system and up to 27% compared to other market seeders.
Smart Seeder
Efficiently apply a variety of seeds to individual buns, rolls, breads, or pastry items pre- or post-proofing. Integrated with a water splitter and spraying system, it makes a complete bun topping unit, and it is available for entry-level volumes decorating complete pans of buns, rolls, and hot dog buns.
Solid Applicators
Target Applicator
A topping applicator designed for a smooth, even application of materials like cheese, vegetables, or proteins. It features toolless, fully wash-down sanitation for easy maintenance. A manifold allows for exact positioning of the strewing material to eliminate ingredient waste. It can also be used to top cakes and muffins to finish your baked products with a nice decoration.
Waterfall Applicator
Efficiently applies IQF food particles, including grated cheese, vegetables, and proteins, to the product with independent quantity adjustments and a recirculation system to ensure minimal waste and optimal bread decorating. An even bed of topping is strewn, and excess material is recirculated to the infeed for re-use, ensuring no waste of the most expensive ingredients.
Smart Applicator
The AMF Smart Applicator automates your topping quality and quantity checks. Manual operator weighing checks to keep ingredient application within specifications are not needed anymore, thereby reducing labor, improving accuracy, and reducing give-away or wasted ingredients. We check every product on the belt, like topped pizza, by taking digital images and using AI to analyze and correct the machine settings.

Water splitting or cutting integrated into your production line for industrial bread and bun lines. Expertly designed for lengthwise cutting of proofed dough using water in the same travel direction, leverage the Decojet 1 to enhance your bread decorating techniques with precision.
Decojet Robot
An industrial robot tailored for water scoring and splitting on bread and bun production lines, aiding bakeries in creating precise water cuts in proofed dough. Be creative; even a big M or Crown can be cut into the skin of the dough! We offer testing and inspiration in our innovation center.
