sheeting
Low-stress dough sheeting keeps unique dough properties intact, maintaining the natural process inside. Many bakeries worldwide turn to industrial dough sheeting lines to produce the artisan-style products trending in today’s market.
Laminating
Laminating dough is all about producing layers to create the unique bite and texture of croissants and other pastries. Using butter, margarine, or even vegan fat types, the laminating line with its fat pump integrates the fat into the dough, and layers are created for the make-up of the pastry, Danish pastry, and snack products.
Depositing & Forming
When making pastries or other bakery products with a filling, depositing equipment is the solution for the perfect volume on top or inside a dough product. Filling muffin or cupcake trays, making an apple turnover, a muffin with Nutella® inside, or a protein filling—it is all perfectly dosed by Tromp.
Decorating
Decorating is the finishing touch before a bakery product enters the oven. Whether topping with cheese, sprinkles, chocolate pieces, seeds, salt, sugar, or flour, our industrial strewers, applicators, and seeders do this magic for you at any speed.
It can even be a water split or cut to bake a beautiful artisan crust or a soft roll with a decorative cut.
Pizza Pressing
Pressing a pizza from a dough ball using a hot or a cold press is possible. Pizzas are pressed in a pan or on a belt, ensuring no dough is wasted. Tromp’s leading pizza press technology is used by key industry players to maintain consistent quality and for optional docking systems on the pizza base.
Moulding
Bakery moulding systems, like the Tromp rotary moulder unit for creating cookies, biscuits, or pie and cheesecake bases, accurately and efficiently form dough using 3D shapes or imprints. Additionally, inline moulders support the production of pastry products like cinnamon rolls, schnecken, pain au raisin, or the Indian bakkarwadi.
