Mechanical Assembler
- Read and follow engineering drawings
- Plan the order of operations and carry out the assemblies
- Integrate various mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems into machines according to plans and specifications
- Perform quality testing/inspecting to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards
Electrician
- Assemble control panels (programmable logic controllers/variable speed drives)
- Install electrical conduits and components on machines according to company standards
- Perform electrical wiring
- Quickly diagnose equipment malfunctions in the factory or on-site and carry out repairs to the company’s and customer’s satisfaction
- Collaborate with electrical engineers
- Perform tests to ensure the proper functioning of electrical installations on equipment
Welder
- Use the required welding process based on the type of metal used (thick or sheet metal, mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel)
- Cut using a torch, plasma cutter, and arc-air
