Safe: Safety guarded access doors complying with CSA and OSHA regulations.
Serviceable: Wide access doors with a 180° opening clearance for convenient internal access.
Sanitary: Stainless Steel 304 guarding and corrosion-resistant stainless steel with fully sealed welded frame eliminate frame perforation and cross-contamination.
Simplicity: Open deck design and skip loaf function allows reintroducing sliced loaf or closing bagged loaf without stopping the bagger operation.

AMF’s high-speed Mark 75S Bread Bagger wide access doors with a 180° opening clearance optimizes access, reducing maintenance downtime. Engineered for quick production changeover, the automatic guide adjustments and motorized scoop opening recipe driven significantly reduce operator involvement. The pendulum scoop drive and the discharge belt flusher action allow the smoothest loaf transfer available on the market. AMF offers maximum flexibility and reliability for bagging up to 75 loaves per minute, in a continuous flow.

Pendulum-style scoop drive ensures low vibration and optimal operation.

Automatic dual wicket exchanger system allows filling bag tables without stopping the bagger.

Discharge belt flusher action eliminates the need for a flusher bar, providing a smooth product transfer.

Wide panel with a 180° opening clearance for convenient internal access.

Optional automatic infeed and discharge guides for fast product changeover.
