With 140° bowl tilting, the heavy-duty, industrial offset batch mixer is ideal for automated dough discharge sequences for mixing a variety of products such as breads, rolls, buns, flour tortillas, croissants, bagels, pizzas, English muffins and frozen dough providing a uniform dough with consistent product quality. The OTBM handles batch sizes from 800 lbs. (363 kg) up to 3,200 lbs. (1,452 kg).
