This applicating technology can create a premium glazed and shiny look on all types of buns and rolls. A layer of egg yolk, egg wash, or any glaze can be applied on top of unfermented products in a bake tray or tin via AMF’s uniquely-engineered roll systems. Gentle transfer technology allows for clean bake trays and no mist.
