Yes, AMF Bakery Systems is committed to providing ongoing training and support to bakery teams to ensure they achieve and maintain peak performance with their equipment.
- Ongoing Training Programs: AMF offers extensive training opportunities beyond the initial installation phase. This includes access to the AMFMethod™ Documentation & Training Tool, an online platform that provides some interactive, focused training modules on equipment operation, maintenance, sanitation, and safety. These resources are available online 24/7, making it easy for bakery teams to access and revisit training materials as needed. An enhanced and comprehensive training tool, AMFMethod™ Premium, is currently in development and will be available on a subscription basis when it is ready.
- Virtual Training Webinars: To complement the AMFMethod™ Premium platform when it is ready, AMF also will conduct virtual training webinars. These sessions will be led by expert technicians and engineers and cover a wide range of topics, including equipment maintenance, operation, sanitation, and safety procedures. - Remote and On-Site Technical Support: AMF’s support extends to remote and on-site technical assistance.
