Who should I call when I have a technical emergency and need support? 

If you have a technical emergency and need support, call your regional number. These Customer Care hotlines are available to receive calls 24/7, and the technician on call will be notified. 

Please note that although you can call your regional Customer Care hotline 24/7, your area of operation and Service Level Agreement (SLA) may impact the response time your support request receives. For priority support in the EMEA-AP, please contact Lauren McFadyen at [email protected] to inquire about an SLA. In the USL, we have remote technicians available around the clock to offer phone and virtual support.
