Product Applications
The Mini Combo BDR System is capable of producing hamburger buns, hot dog buns, dinner rolls, as well as panned sandwich or tin breads. For bread, the line uses a single port divider and a dual port cut-off is used for bun and roll configurations. Optional hot dog moulder boards are easily added for hot dog production.

Flex Extrusion Divider

- Precise, gentle dough cutting using simple motion UHMW cut-off knife with quick change cut-off nozzles for switching from small bun products to larger bread products
Recipe Management System

Bread & Bun Belt Rounder
- Single rounder bar or Dual lane bun rounder bars flow to zig zag chute with flour duster
- Optional chilled rounder bed available to prevent dough stickage
Intermediate Proofer
- Easily adjustable speed ranging from 30 seconds to 6 minutes of resting time
- Optional features available to increase intermediate proofing times including extended intermediate proofing sections
Sheeter/Moulder/Panner
- Flexibility guaranteed with included bread moulding board and optional hot dog moulding board
- Additional moulder boards available for various bread or bun sizes
- Manual panning with optional panning conveyors available for scaling production
