The Tromp Uni-line is a pastry and dough based make-up system for entry-level automation of your bakery. This is a truly universal make-up system for pastry production that can be operated by one person. Additionally, as your output volumes grow, it is easy to upgrade to fully automated Tromp systems while keeping this same base set-up.

Tromp Uni-Line Equipment Features

  • Dough fed from rolling pin

  • Belt speed: 1.2 – 6 m/min
  • Strokes of guillotine with straight blade: 100 cuts/min
  • Strokes of guillotine with cutting tool: 30 cuts/min
  • All product sets are interchangeable without the use of any tools
  • Every belt has its own belt relaxer for cleaning access under the belt
  • Capable of being cleaned with hot water (55 degrees C at 3.5 bars of pressure)
  • Hygienic design and easy to clean
