This low-stress sheeting line for soft dough handling is perfect for (pre) proofed or fermented doughs and/or high water containing doughs. The unique reducing system yields continuous dough sheets and is sustainable in many aspects.

  • Kilos per hour: 3 tons at 600 mm width with a minimum end thickness of 4 mm
  • Kilos per hour: 6 tons at 1,200 mm width with a minimum end thickness of 4 mm
  • Dough type: Up to 70% water added to flour
