About IBA 2023
IBA has proven to be the meeting place of choice for industrial baking professionals since 1949. Every three years, members of the baking and confectionary industry from around the world gather in Munich, Germany, to network and share the latest innovations and insights for everything from raw ingredients to production technology and equipment. Unfortunately, IBA 2021 was postponed due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. This delay means that instead of the typical three years of progress in between IBA shows, we now have FIVE years of innovation to share!
Over 1,300 exhibitors and 77,000 visitors are eagerly anticipating the return of the world’s largest baking expo with a renewed hunger for advancement. Meet us at Fairground Munich from October 22nd to 26th for five days of networking and discovery!
